We are based in Western Australia but operate across Australia. We have distribution centres in metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth where we deliver from.
Yes, you will receive an email with the order details including any taxes/gst applicable. This email is invoice for the order.
We accept Direct Bank Transfers (DBT), Australian issued Mastercard, Visa and Amex. DBT will not incur any charges. Credit/Debit cards will incur a charge of 1.9% plus 30 cents each transaction.

Delivery charges will be calculated at the check-out page depending on the location, size and weight of the product(s).
Delivery times depends on the category and the stock availability.
Usually deliveries will be done within 5-10 business days after payment is cleared for the order.

Yes, we can offer changes/cancellations to orders before they are delivered.
We do not recommend receiving your order as an unattended delivery. Should our Delivery Driver be unable to deliver your order for any reason, including finding nobody home at the time of our delivery, you will have 24 hours to contact us regarding redelivery of your order, and you will be assessed a $20 re-delivery fee. Alternatively, you can collect the order at an available collection point without any fee.
